Brighten up your sand bed with this stunning Ultra Rock Flower Anemone. Known for being some of the most colorful and hardy anemones in the hobby, this specimen features a brilliant neon great ruffled skirt and a striking deep orange center.
Unlike many other anemones that wander, Rock Flowers are generally well-behaved and tend to stay where you place them. They are perfect for creating "anemone gardens" on the sand bed or lower rockwork, adding intense movement and vivid fluorescent colors to your reef.
Origin: Aqua cultured in Malasia, direct import.
Care & Requirements
- Difficulty: Easy. One of the best anemones for beginners.
- Lighting: Moderate. They are adaptable but show their best colors under reef-grade LED lighting.
- Water Flow: Moderate. They appreciate enough flow to gently move their tentacles.
- Placement: Lower rockwork or sand bed. They prefer to tuck their foot into a crevice or under a rock.
- Feeding: Spot feed meaty foods like mysis shrimp or small pieces of silversides once a week to encourage growth and vibrant health.
